Now that Democrat Joe Garcia is making his third bid for South Florida’s congressional district (FL-26). Garcia has attempted to alter his self image by trimming his Shirley Temple locks and by projecting himself as more conservative despite the fact that he is carefully selling his leftist master plan coated with fake selflessness. However, voters in South Florida have heard his song and dance for many years, find that those so-called “changes” make him a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Even if he attempts to cover up his true character and radical ideas, voters can always trust in Joe Garcia’s friends to reveal who Mr. Garcia really is.

Democrat Nominee Joe Garcia Failed to File Timely with FEC, Might’ve Broken Law
Democrat Nominee, Joe Garcia, did not file a Statement of Candidacy for the 2012 election cycle until after the Primary Election. Should Joe Garcia have even been placed on the Ballot as a candidate? The FEC clearly states Who Must file Form 2 (Statement of Candidacy):
“Each individual who is a candidate for federal office must file FEC FORM 2 or, if not filing electronically, a letter containing the same information within 15 days of becoming a candidate.”
The FEC defines what triggering event constitutes a person becoming a candidate:
”An individual becomes a candidate for federal office whenever any of the following events occur:
•The individual has received contributions aggregating in excess of $5,000 or made expenditures aggregating in excess of $5,000″ (read more about the requirements here).
Joe Garcia might have broken campaign finance laws during the second quarter reporting period. Joe Garcia reported campaign contributions and expenditures which exceeded the $5000 threshold during a period which ran from April 1, 2012 through June 30, 2012 (see Joe Garcia’s quarterly report here). Despite heavy contribution activity, Garcia did not file a Statement of Candidacy with the FEC until after the Primary Election held on August 14, 2012.
In order for his filing to be timely, Joe Garcia would’ve had to file a Statement of Candidacy form within 15 days of becoming a candidate. Judging by his filings with the FEC, this should have occurred sometime between the first and second quarter reporting periods. His Statement of Candidacy was electronically filed beyond the FEC’s grace period (four days) on August 21, 2012 (see Joe Garcia’s Statement of Candidacy here).
Since his filing was due prior to the end of the second quarter reporting period, one could question, should Joe Garcia have been able to claim the Democrats Nomination? Garcia could not be reached for comment.

On April 20, 2000 the Florida Supreme Court ruled that Joe Garcia and the Public Service Commission, had exceeded the PSC’s present authority in granting authority to a specific power plant. This footage was taken during Joe Garcia’s second failed run for Congress. However, this is not Joe Garcia’s first rodeo when it comes to inappropriate comments. Prior to the 2012 Primary, Joe Garcia, in a Keys Net article stated in regards to an opponents mailers, “I assume if there was an Indian vote, he’d be speaking Hindi.” Is Joe Garcia Racist?
